Received our stamped construction MEP drawings from the engineers today! This is a big step forward! For those of you confused, MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. They are a set of drawings put together by an architect and engineer. Starting on construction, or even receiving a quote for construction can’t be done until these have been acquired.
