IPA - American • 7.3% ABV • 80 IBU • See what we did there with the name? Six different varieties of hops used to provide great aroma and the right amount of bitterness. This balance is achieved using Maris Otter for a bigger malt flavor and a large amount of late and dry hop additions.

Scottish Export Ale • 5.5% ABV • 21 IBU • A malt forward ale that is focused on being easy drinking. Lightly hopped to balance out the smooth sweetness with hints of caramel. All of these aspects combine for a traditionally delightful beer!

Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat • 4.9% ABV • 21 IBU • A traditional American Wheat ale with some rye malt. This is an easy sipping beer with slight spicy notes from the Rye.

Fruited Sour • 5.6% ABV • 8 IBU • Pucker up, because we are about to plant one on ya with our new brew, the Calamansi Sour! A kettle soured ale infused with Calamansi fruit puree for a citrus forward crusher that is giving us serious Lemonhead candy vibes. A refreshing way to get through a hot day!

Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat • 4.9% ABV • 21 IBU • We took our traditional American Wheat ale with some rye malt and added loads of grapefruit puree.

Lager - American • 5% ABV • 10 IBU •

After a few mishaps with a full tray of waters, one of our team earned the nickname 'Splashzone' so we made a juicy IPA in their honor! Dripping with pineapple, guava, and citrus flavor, this brew is sure to engulf your taste buds!

Roggenbier • 6% ABV • 12 IBU • The perfect balance of barley and rye is the perfect strategy to achieve Victory! Warm biscuity malt notes give way to a dry rye finish in this triumphant lager.

Made with Bright's Gin, Blueberries, Orange Bitters, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice. Garnished with a Lemon Peel.

Drawing inspiration from a historic shrub recipe documented in 1737 at the New York Harbor, we've thoughtfully adapted this cordial to satisfy all your autumn flavor cravings. Black pool rum, Apple Jack brandy, white wine, lemons, brown sugar and nutmeg. This brandy shrub is a great fall & winter sipper!

Puddin' Pop is a flavorful and unique cocktail that is creamy, indulgent and satisfying. Like Grandma's banana pudding! A comfort food you can drink! Made with Blackpool rum, creme de banana, caramel simple syrup, barrel aged vanilla bitters, and chicory pecan bitters. Garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Tattersall aquavit is a Danish-style spirit distilled from corn and flavored with a blend of aromatics including caraway and fennel. We lovingly refer to aquavit as the redheaded stepchild of vodka and gin. Made with Tattersall aquavit, maple simple syrup, lemon juice and a spritz of Absinthe in the coupe glass. Garnished with a dehydrated lemon slice sprinkled with nutmeg.

This comforting apple pie cocktail is a riff on the classic horsefeather cocktail that will leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy! Made with James Pepper 1776 rye whiskey infused with vanilla beans, apple pie simple syrup, barrel aged vanilla bitters, holiday pie bitters, lemon juice, and ginger beer. Garnished with a dehydrated apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
